Urgent: Vietnam appoints new acting foreign minister

HANOI, Aug. 30 (Xinhua) -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on Saturday presided over a ceremony in the capital Hanoi to officially appoint Le Hoai Trung as Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, according to the Vietnam News Agency.
