Vietnam welcomes nearly 17.2 mln int'l arrivals in 10 months

HANOI, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam welcomed nearly 17.2 million international arrivals in the first 10 months of 2025, up 21.5 percent year-on-year, official data showed on Thursday.

Most of the arrivals were from Asia, totaling over 13.6 million, up 21 percent year-on-year.

The increase was attributed to favorable visa policies, intensified tourism promotion programs, and major national events.
