Vietnam eyes new law preventing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction

HANOI, March 14 (Xinhua) -- The Vietnamese Ministry of Defence has proposed a new law to prevent the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, Vietnam News Agency reported Friday.

The move reflects the country's commitment to aligning its national policies with global efforts to prevent the spread of dangerous weapons, amid rising concerns over their accessibility, according to the media outlet.
